CALUPUM

Calupum is a family game for 2-4 players aged 8 and up. It takes about 30-45 minutes to play, depending on the variant (summer or winter) and the number of players.

In this video, author Adrian Dinu explains what Calupum is all about.
Have fun watching!

The video is in French with German subtitles.

In Calupum, you will have to protect your flock of sheep from the dangerous wolves.
The player with the most victory points after 12 rounds wins. There are two modes of play: the winter mode and the summer mode. The game is easier in winter and more complex in summer.

Just a little bit more...

The shepherdess can be moved like your own sheep. But she does not have to. If the shepherdess runs into a sheep (or vice versa), the sheep is healed and gains one health point.

There is no first player. In Calupum there is a ‘First Johnny’. Whoever has the First Johnny starts the round.
Johnny is the beloved white pug at the Board Game Box HQ.

Wolves… beware of the wolves! That’s why the game is called Calupum. Cave lupum means ‘Beware of the wolf’. If the wolf has one of your sheep in his sight, it loses one health point.
